That's a good suggestion (exploded tree is at
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jwboyer/fedora.git/)
although that still leaves the question of figuring out the base
to pass to git bisect. Maybe git is smart enough to do the right
thing with the patches on top?
Cool, many thanks for the help. My project will take some time , but
now I'm curious to find out what commit break my Nvidia graphics
acceleration ...
