CONFIG_SPI is required for any CONFIG_SPI*.
CONFIG_SPI_MASTER is required for CONFIG_SPI_SPIDEV.

I've turned on SPI_SPIDEV on x86 and it's in today's Rawhide build. I've
also pushed it to the f30 branch so it should be in the 5.0.2 build.
