redhat: add mm selftests to the maintainers file
the MM sst supports the MM selftests suite. Its currently missing from the maintainers file so changes arent marked correctly

@npache I believe you want to make this change to the centos project owners.yaml file. That generates a new RHMAINTAINERS and then those files are occasionally synced over here.
@prarit tell us if I'm wrong.
