[PATCH 2/4] Revert "s390x: add kdump sysconfig option to use the kexec_file_load() syscall"
This reverts commit 66ff48ed6837961c2ebdd017195e6837136fdc4a.
Since the code logic is changed(which related to the option
'KDUMP_FILE_LOAD=on|off'), accordingly, need to remove the
option from the sysconfig file.
