Probably we can also add makedumpfile for arm as well, although we do
not test and work on arm 32 bit, but it is not harmful to add the binary
so people can use it as they need.
OK..can send a patch for that..but yes, that won't be tested, because I do not
have any arm32 bit platform with me.
