I've finally been pushed to clean up the codebase and publish it. It is a very lightweight dev environment for debugging koji. It can spawn hub/builder/kojira and have CLI tied to that. Most image-related tasks can't be run in this setup and require a separate more-privileged builder. But for most development tasks it is quite sufficient. Nevertheless, it is not a production-ready environment - treat it really as a dev one.
