xpp2 license - Indiana University 5-clause BSD-style addition?

I was doing a re-review of xpp2 package (XML PullParser) and found that the spec file had "BSD" as license. However license file[1] is none of those listed[2]. Can someone review it and put it there? Or maybe it's already there under different non-BSD name, that I couldn't find so please point me in the right direction). gnome-boxes-nonfree license

Hi, If you recall we had some discussion about shipping and usage of product logos in Boxes before on this list and fedora board list[1]. We were shipping these logos in gnome-boxes package itself but it made many people unhappy[2] so we had to put them in a separate package. Now the questions are: 1. What 'License' string should be used on the fedora package? 2. Is it acceptable to have it in default fedora repository or it must go to rpmfusion (or some other third party repository)? I don't recognize the text of this license in a piece of software I need to package as a dependency. The license listed on PyPi is "Freeware" which doesn't seem right (and isn't a valid option anyway) but the actual license text looks more permissive, except for the bit about "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil." That clause looks like it might cause us some trouble... Can I get a legal opinion? (The complete sources of the utility are attached, including the license text in question). I'm also going to contact upstream to see if I can get a license clarification.

There's currently a package called JDBM up for review. Its license is much like ASL 1.1, but not identical, so I'd like to have it reviewed. OpenBIOS license

I'm trying to get OpenBIOS re-admitted to Fedora: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=844748 http://tracker.coreboot.org/trac/openbios/browser/trunk/openbios-devel The code is a hodge-podge of files from various sources. I've attached the output of licensecheck to this email. So the question is, do I just jam together all the known licenses into a string, ie. License: BSD and GPLv2 and [etc] or do we use the main license (GPLv2), or something else?
