We actually call it BSD in Fedora:

(ASL 1.1 is a BSD derived license, so one could argue that this license
is ASL 1.1 derived instead of BSD, but, whatever).
Okay. I would have thought that clause 4 made it pretty distinct from
BSD, but I'll go with it. Thanks for the quick response.
