https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=530230 has been blocked on FE-Legal for sometime.
It looks "fine" bsd'ish but has a lot of extra text.
In fact as mentioned in the review this code is already in Fedora as a private library elsewhere but that can be followed up after a yes or no on plpa in its own right,

Apologies. I'm still catching up on a lot of things that were delayed for Fedora 12, including the FE-Legal queue. I'll try to get to this asap.
