Weird... the KDE disc I spun overnight with your config seems to be
okay
Good to know. If this error is only located on my local system I can
live with that for the moment. :)
aside from being too big for a CD.
The biggest one I was getting was 696 MB. In my config I posted
yesterday there is also a typo: koffice-kpresenter is the right name.

/sbin/new-kernel-package isn't quite going to do the right thing for
the live CD case unfortunately as it won't create the "live
initramfs" and instead just generate a "normal" one.
I'm not sure what anaconda is exactly doing during installation to
harddisk. To create a new initrd was just a guess (but right it seems).
If anaconda just extracts the squash.img to the hdd, it will be hard to
track possible selinux problems.

Yeah, sounding like it... sorry I don't have any ideas off-hand of
what it could be :-/
When I know someting more, I will post it here. Maybe I was doing
something wrong when relabeling my filesystem some days ago.
