Introduction: Clark Hale
by Clark Hale
Greetings,
I'm Clark and would like to contribute to Fedora Magazine. I'm
currently an Architect in Red Hat's Consulting organization and I help
companies implement OpenShift, Ansible, and other Red Hat technologies
into their business.
I've used Linux for a long time (Red Hat Linux 5.0, so late 90's), as
well as a lot of other UNIX systems. I keep a personal blog at
https://blog.deadvax.net/ if you care to see samples of my unedited
work.
I have two questions for the group that aren't clear from:
1. Is it possible to re-publish a post from my personal blog? Of
course, going through the pitch and review cycle to ensure it's
appropriate for Fedora Magazine.
2. If there is a pitch in UNASSIGNED state, can anyone pick that
up? Is the procedure just to drop a note to the list? [0]
Thanks,
-CFH

OpenPower Summit article
by Paul Frields
Hi Jakub,
The Fedora Magazine saw some content you added earlier regarding
OpenPower Summit. In general, we don't usually publish independent
trip reports on the Magazine, but it might be a good fit for the
Community Blog <https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org>. You might
want to copy/paste this content there and talk to its editors about
publishing. Let us know if we can be of assistance. I'm cross posting
so someone on the CB can chime in.

Open Power Summit and Fedora
by Jakub Cajka
Hello,
last year I have attended Open Power Summit and promised to Fedora Mindshare to write up about the experience and topic that I have presented there. Unfortunately for various reasons it took me a long time to get it out.
I have punched in the draft of my post in to the WP instance, kind of took the liberty and skipped the pitch part of your process. I have learned about it after I finishing the draft there and the actual topic and style have been determined by Fedora Mindshare before hand.
The preview is here: https://fedoramagazine.org/?p=24514&preview=true&preview_id=24514
Do you think that this is content suitable(by quality and topic) for Fedora Magazine? I would very much appreciate any feedback about it.
Sorry for skipping your workflow. Looking forward for any feedback.

Updating video URL link for L10N session
by Ankur Sinha
Hello,
We had the Buildah session today, and Jitsi just cannot handle the load
when lots of people join up. We've tested streaming from Jitsi to
Youtube (live), so we're going to request people to view the stream
there and leave Jitsi alone for the instructor.
Could one of the editors please update the L10N classroom post to say
something on the lines of:
"This session will be streamed live on the Fedora Youtube channel
(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnIfca4LPFVn8-FjpPVc1ow)"
under "when and where" instead of the "The session will be held on
Jitsi..."?
Sorry for the trouble.
