[Fedora-marketing-list] Newbie
by Christoph Strobel
Hello!
My name is Christoph (usually called Chris) Strobel, I'm 25 and live in
Mayen, RLP, Germany. I study maths and I run a small business for webdesign
and development to feed my girlfriend (and our son she's "carrying" at the
moment) and our daughter Celina.
I joined the Ambassadors Group today and I'm looking forward to spread the
word about Fedora and to convince many people that Fedora is the best choice
for their computers too.
I'm quite new to such kind of activity, so I would be thankful for every
hint of how to be most helpful for the Fedora project.
If some help is needed anywhere, let me know; I'm quite experienced in
creating posters, fliers etc., also in creating web-pages.
greetings,
Chris Strobel

[Fedora-marketing-list] Another Fedora Core 6 Review
by Leo
"I had pretty high expectations for Fedora Core 6 and in some ways
they were met. FC 6 certainly is one of the best looking distro’s I
have seen, especially for a default installation. but several smaller
issue bugs that crept into FC 6 made me wonder how organized they
really are. The problems I encountered with Fedora Core 6 were not
huge issues, but there were enough smaller bugs that made me wonder if
this release was rushed."

[Fedora-marketing-list] Fedora Core 6 Zod Review
by Rahul Sundaram
Hi
"We have already used Fedora Core 6 Zod for several days now and have
been extremely pleased by this release. The changes are extensive from
default AIGLX + Compiz support to a great deal of performance
improvements. Another nice feature is the immediate availability of
Extras packages built for Fedora Core 6 (ATRPMS, Livna, and FreshRPMs
also have third-party FC6 repositories established). After more than a
dozen installations, we have not yet run into any show-stopping problems. "
