About: Zanata feedback survey article in Magazine
by pravin.d.s@gmail.com
Hi Team,
I gone through yesterdays meeting log [1] and saw most of the members
recommending article for community site.
We have update pitch with bit more information, may be latest draft is
suitable for Magazine?
Even if not when do you think guys this will go live on community site.
Asking these things, since we are planning to make survey live soon.
Worst case we are thinking to announce it on mailing list and social media
immediately and let post happen as per schedule/required time frame.
Regards,
Pravin Satpute

Initial Systemd article
by Ryan Lerch
In the meeting last week, i was tasked with editing the first systemd
article here:
http://fedoramagazine.org/?p=10001
however, on review, i found that this was quite far from what we
discussed in the meeting for the first entry-level article in the
series. So i created a new article for Part 0 (as i am calling it) of
the systemd series:
http://fedoramagazine.org/?p=10202
It basically covers the question of what an init system is, and what it
does -- with little about systemd itself (hence the part 0).
Any thoughts on if this is a good start to the series, (and also a
technical review would also be good).
cheers,
ryanlerch

FMagazine Draft Ready for Review
by Justin W. Flory
Hello all,
Last night, I finished my first draft of my article for the magazine,
"Run a Minecraft server using Spigot". This is my first article, so I
tried to mimic the general layout and styling of past contributions for
mine. I would be interested in getting feedback either by email or at
the weekly meeting tomorrow - either is fine.
I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts and comments!

Proposed changes of marketing tasks.
by Gabriele Trombini
Hi,
for a couple of Fedora releases I checked the marketing tasks [1] and I
saw there are some tasks that don't happen anymore.
I know that Jan Kuřík is working for keeping clean processes and from
our side I think we can erase from marketing tasks the following
points:
1) propose change profiles (it is not really a marketing role IMO).
2) both one page release notes and brief ambassadors on upcoming
release are no longer made.
At last we should include the task "Email WGs to solicit bullet points
for release announcement" to put one week before the release
announcement (alpha, beta, GA).
Thanks.
