OKies, thanks for the changes Sylvia!

I have done another editorial pass on this, added some of the missing sections from the first half of the article, and edited and pruned some of the parts in the second menu-walkthroughs section.

Would another editor be able to do a quick pass at this? i am quite deep into it now, so having another set of eyes run over it would be awesome!
