for F26 and the other release Screenshots on spins.fp.o I have asked the SIG owners to provide them to the websites team in full HD and without any personal data, specifically to fit our needs on the website.
Our plan is to ask for screenshots once a year (every 2 release cycles).
However, if we can setup a different way to get them, it would be better, because I got them via mail or imgur link and if Marketing also asks for them the SIG would do the work twice.
Basically this is a very good example for Mindshare and one of the reasons I strongly believe this body will be successful, so I would suggest to create a Mindshare ticket periodically and ask SIG owners to submit screenshots there. We can then move them to a wiki page or wherever in order to provide visibility also outside Fedora world.
Marketing and websites/design are both in Mindshare, so I think Mindshare pagure would be a good place.
