mingw-python-PyQt-builder - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2005808
mingw-python-toml - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2005809

All are straight forward mingw/python packages.
