But i have cmake installed so if it's a missing dependency it's not that one.

It broke because cmake no longer unconditionally installs the cmake-rpm-macros package this thing depends on: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/cmake/c/4b282d073f363be47b8eda11dea9a5b45 073e59e
