Now that you've dropped the -static package, could you please add this to the mingw32 subpackage: Obsoletes: mingw32-gstreamer-plugins-good-static < 0.10.31.3%{dist} and this one to the mingw64 subpackage: Obsoletes: mingw64-gstreamer-plugins-good-static < 0.10.31.3%{dist} These are needed for people who did install the mingw{32,64}-gstreamer-plugins-good-static packages from the testing repo and try to upgrade to your Fedora version
