live CD or over the network (PXE) and turn machines into Xen guests.

New subject: EL-5 packages bootstrapped (was: Re: runtime, w32api and gcc added to CVS)
EL-5 packages have been built now. We need to wait for them to get signed before they will get pushed out to the mirrors, but they're available immediately for building further packages in Plague.
