Copying the mirror admin for ISPros to comment.  They claim to have 200Mbit service available.

Subject: Problem with ISPros Mirror in BD

Hi,

ISPros is one of the hosts for Fedora Mirrors in Bangladesh. But they have self-induced problem. They shape the Internet bandwidth up to 1 Mbps. Unfortunately Fedora redirects to them most of the time.

In my opinion, if they don't want to spare Local (Free) bandwidth, they should have a Private mirror instead of a Public one. In the mean time, my request to you is to put ISPros down in the preference list only of everyone else is dead.

If your policy permits, please Remove them from the list since they're causing more problems than good. My Yum repositories automatically select them, and mess up a lot of my time. There are really good mirrors, please promote them - like Dhakacom, I'm downloading at more than 4 Mbps,
