My system keeps trying to use mirror.layeronline.com which has very slow speeds - on the order of 10s of kilobytes. Could you please look into it?
Where are you downloading from? According to our records mirror.layeronline.com is based in CA. Just to make sure you are actually getting mirror.layeronline.com as a mirror which is close to you.
