I'm Dale Paulson I work for the U.S. Army here in Arizona (USA) I would like to become a private mirror IP 138.27.215.3. Another question are there any specific instructions I need to follow?
Please use a tier 1 mirror[1] close to you; create an account in the MirrorManager[2]; register your mirror in our MirrorManager; enter your local netblocks in the mirror manager; mark as private mirror and run report_mirror[3] and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to date yum/dnf will be redirected to your mirror.
