When I login to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/ I do not see any of the options noted on the Wiki.
For the moment I've stopped running quick mirror to avoid adding unnecessary load on the source servers.

Could you be more specific. What are you expecting to see? Which step in the wiki does not exist.

After logout, clearing my cache, and login again things now seem to appear as expected....
