Please tell your L1 support that there's always the option to ask
questions and reach out to someone who offers help. Simply ignoring
these messages doesn't help, in fact it makes it worse. I've sent around
10 messages, all of them have been ignored. In addition, I don't know
why this message has NOT been ignored. Please investigate and tweak your
support accordingly.
