At some point we have to touch JavaScript so it makes little sense confusing the client layer with yet another layer. Plus the native client layer is a plugin, and most likely a very insecure one. That being said there is no reason you can't use moksha to serve up native client apps, only that it would make little sense for moksha to be based on it.
