I don't think it is part of Homebrew, or at least my `brew search mutt` didn't show anything besides the standard mutt. I have installed notmuch through Homebrew and then installed mutt-kz from source, though not the most recent mutt-kz release. The procedure was basically: $ brew install notmuch $ brew sh $ cd mutt-kz # Do the standard installation for mutt-kz I think. I had to do brew sh so the configuration would find all the correct things, but that could be because I have homebrew in a nonstandard place. Does this help?
