A short note. I've retired python-nineml. It failed to build from source
in Fedora 32:

I'd reported this to upstream in August, 2019, but they've not managed
to find the time to look into this till now:

Since failing tests are dangerous for scientific software---they may
imply that the software isn't computing correctly---I thought it better
to retire the package than to disable the test. Upstream's CI is also
broken, so they're not running tests either.
If/when upstream fix the tool, we'll include it again.
