[NeuroFedora] Help needed: test Arbor on ARM

Hello, We've been working with Arbor developers to fix a few issues we ran into while building the package for Fedora. The latest round of fixes need to be tested on ARM: https://github.com/arbor-sim/arbor/issues/920 I won't be able to do it until late January. Would anyone else have an hour to do this? You can use the test machines we have: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Machine_Resources_For_Package_Maintai... to: - install the Arbor build-dependencies (listed in the Spec: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/arbor/blob/master/f/arbor.spec) - clone the Arbor repository, including this PR: https://github.com/arbor-sim/arbor/pull/925 - then compile arbor, and run tests. You can refer to the spec file to see how.
