I had changed the following flags, by following the issue tagged above.
-DARB_VECTORIZE=OFF
-DARB_ARCH=native
I tried building arbor on an ARM machine, and the serial-build is
built perfectly (using the flags from the spec and the tests passed),
however, it fails with "mpich" or "openmpi". The log files for both
are attached [1]-[2]. I was not able to debug the cause for this, but
I think that the log files will be helpful for the upstream (or you).
I also tried to build manually for armv7 (serial only), which also
completed successfully. However, I am not sure how to actually build
it for i686, because `march` does not accept the i686 parameter.

Yes, that's the fix we're hoping to test (along with the other fixes
that upstream has already merged).
