I do not think we can drop support on the only release that is released in existing distributions.
CentOS 8.1 and Fedora 31 have nmstate-0.1, and we are supposed to drop the packages in the middle.

We are also interested to support the community and get feedback.
The community does not have any other stable version to experiment with nmstate except
Fedora rawhide and CentOS 8.1 that is patched with NM 1.22 (but some will not be interested in going that far).
