http://build.laptop.org/10.2.0/os122
Compressed image size: 677.68mb (-0.70mb since build 121)
Description of changes in this build:
* kernel, #10137: correct camera framerate setting (note,
this version
of the patch may break the camera fps on
XO-1)
* record, #10045: Fix sync issues by moving to dsd's
Record-74.
Is this a typo?
I had installed Record-76 from
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/addons/versions/4081#version-76 under os121
and "olpc-update" to 122, so I'm not sure.
In any case, Record-76 is _way_ better than Record 64-67 on the XO-1.5, in video quality
and processing speed.
The only issue I have under both os 121 and 122, is that the recorded video has about a
second of scramble images in the beginning.
Another minor issue is that during recording the displayed image is jerky, though playback
is fine.
Finally sound level recording appears to be low in video recording though in audio
recording is better(?)
Overall the best Record activity I've seen on the XO post-os802 and definitively
usable.
With this I would think that XO-1.5 software is deployment ready :-)
BTW I could see no difference in Record-76 performance in os121 vs os122.
