I use Pegasus client API documentation, http://cvs.opengroup.org/pegasus-doc/ClientInterfaces.html

I am not aware of any tutorial, but there are some examples right in Pegasus release, in CVS it's available at http://cvs.opengroup.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/pegasus/src/SDK/samples/Clients...
