hi,
I'd like to take over the font package. Minto, if you do not wish to continue
with this review, may I package the font and continue the review?? Or you can
close this bug and a fresh one can be started.
regards,
Ankur

A development file (usually source code) is located in a non-devel
package. If you want to include source code in your package, be sure to
create a development package.
Why is a ".a" library considered to be devel? Something I don't understand
properly most likely. Its kinda the key file in all of this.
Scratch build:

Comments:
*The install section is a bit of a mess as the project rolls its own makefiles.
I had to write the install section myself.
*PPC arch build fails, as latex cannot be run (permissions problem?). I can
simply drop PDF/DVI user manual generation for this arch if this is a problem.
