Summary: Review Request: smoldyn - A particle-based spatial
stochastic simulator
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Hardware: All
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Component: Package Review
Severity: medium
Priority: medium

Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
Spec URL: https://sagitter.fedorapeople.org/smoldyn/smoldyn.spec
SRPM URL: https://sagitter.fedorapeople.org/smoldyn/smoldyn-2.56-1.fc29.src.rpm
Description:
Smoldyn is a computer program for cell-scale biochemical simulations.
It simulates each molecule of interest individually to capture natural
stochasticity and to yield nanometer-scale spatial resolution.
It treats other molecules implicitly, enabling it to simulate hundreds
of thousands of molecules over several minutes of real time.
Simulated molecules diffuse, react, are confined by surfaces,
and bind to membranes much as they would in a real biological system.
It is more accurate and faster than other particle-based simulators.
Smoldyn's unique features include: a "virtual experimenter" who can
manipulate or measure the simulated system, support for spatial compartments,
molecules with excluded volume, and simulations in 1, 2, or 3 dimensions.

* Description: Playerctl is a command-line utility and library for controlling
media players that implement the MPRIS D-Bus Interface Specification. Playerctl
makes it easy to bind player actions, such as play and pause, to media keys.
You can also get metadata about the playing track such as the artist and title
for integration into statusline generators or other command-line tools.

[Bug 1676742] New: Review Request: python-pytest-repeat - A pytest
plugin for repeating test execution

SRPM URL:

pytest-repeat is a plugin for py.test that makes it easy to repeat a single

Koji scratch build:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=32772234
Target branches: master, f29, f28, epel7
Notes:
* I'm only packaging for Python 3, even though f28 and f29 support Python 2.
Additionally, the RHEL Python 2 pytest package is too old for this plugin.
* The EPEL7 builds are currently blocked on the following change:
* I prefer unified spec files for maintainability reasons, but not everyone
does. If you insist, I can break the conditionals apart by branch.
* The patch only applies to pytest 3.8 and newer, presently only in f30.
* `SETUPTOOLS_SCM_PRETEND_VERSION` is used to work around the SCM-based version
number detection. Since the archive doesn't contain SCM metadata, we need to
override the functionality or it will fail to detect.
Thanks!
