Yup, and it allows us to use kata-agent 'make' to install the files for us. If we wanted to use a different file hierarchy, we would need to manually reimplement the install process which isn't future proof. FWIW I did something similar for kata-osbuilder initially but it required some hacks there so this was my workaround
