The py2 bits will not be available on F30+, so you must use a conditional to ensure that these are only built in F29 or lower. The alternative is to use different specs for F30+ and the rest, but I find that tedious when it comes to updates---you've got to upate different branches manually. Take a look at the python spec template here: https://pagure.io/neuro-sig/NeuroFedora/blob/master/f/spec-templates/pyth...
