[Fedora-packaging] How to request exception for static linking?
I'm working on packaging include-what-you-use (
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1091659 ), but right now the
clang libraries are only available for static linking (
http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/cfe-dev/2014-November/040088.html ). How
do I request an exception?
