And what do you think about packaging Android Studio into Fedora.
I think that this issue is relevant to packaging list, isn't it?
Or are we blocked on licenses terms?

You should ask the java list instead. Android Studio is based on Intellij Idea which has issues for a build from the sources if my memory serves well.
