Since some of the folks on the Committee have trouble attending our weekly meetings at 1700 UTC, I propose that we move it up an hour to 1600 UTC.
FPC members, please vote. I'd like this to be unanimous. :)

Well, we're losing folks now because of being during dinner in Europe. Any chance you can do an earlier or later lunch on Tuesdays?

Theoretically. What if we moved it two hours earlier or an hour later?

Two hours earlier wouldn't work for me outside DST. One hour later would be ok.

I'm flexible, either way is ok with me.

Two hours earlier is 8AM on the West Coast. I'm not commuting right now so that ought to be doable for me at the moment.
An hour later is fine.

Later is fine, two hours earlier (8am PDT) would be pretty hard because of childcare issues. One hour earlier (9am PDT) works fine.

An hour later (20:00 CEST/18:00 UTC instead of 19:00 CEST/17:00 UTC) would be worse for me.

As I already wrote before, anything earlier than 17:00 UTC (19:00 CEST) would work for me.

It seems that the basic conflict here is between Ralf not being able to make it at all and f13's lunch hour. Does f13 have the only conflict with 16:00UTC? Is, say, 16:30UTC any better (or worse) for anyone?

What's wrong with 15:00UTC? I didn't see anybody having a conflict there, unless Toshio gets a new job.

Me neither in non-DST times. During DST it'd be possible, but I'd probably be constantly a bit late.

Sorry, I couldn't make it today and didn't know in advance either, so could notify anyone. :/

Ditto - I was AFK for most of the time yesterday and didn't manage to return "in time".
