As announced earlier, here is the latest pagure release: 5.1.3 and

- Don't sync up ssh keys if there are already some

- Update git-multimail to the 1.4.0 version (fixes getting it working with py3)

[Release] pagure: 5.1.2

I just cut a new release of pagure: 5.1.2.
