Hi,
beside the unused variable warning for pam_timestamp, gcc 4.6 complains
about quite some wrong usages of "const" and "const"-castings.
And strictly spoken, most of the time the compiler had right.
Ok to apply the attached patch? It fixes some of the warnings,
the others are hard to fix or not fixable.
