perl-PAR-Packer relies on the installed perl binary and must be rebuilt with
every upgrade of the perl package. Current perl is 5.26.2, but perl-PAR-Packer
1.041-1 is built against perl 5.26.1.

[Bug 1579524] New: perl-libs License tag - HSLR or HSRL?
by bugzilla@redhat.com
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1579524
Bug ID: 1579524
Summary: perl-libs License tag - HSLR or HSRL?
Product: Fedora
Version: 28
Component: perl

Reporter: fedora(a)svgames.pl

The License: tag for perl-libs is "(GPL+ or Artistic) and HSLR and MIT and
UCD". I believe that "HSLR" should be changed to "HSRL" ("L" and "R" swapped),
as it's supposed to be an acronym for Henry Spencer Regex Library license.
The Licensing page on Fedora wiki also uses "HSRL".
