I was finally able to update phpcompatinfo to new version 4.2

- php-bartlett-umlwriter 1.0.0 (new)
- php-PHPParser 1.1.0 => 1.3.0
- php-bartlett-PHP-Reflect 2.6.2 => 3.1.0
- php-bartlett-PHP-CompatInfo 3.7.3 => 4.2.0
Fedora-review 0.5.3 is compatible
(just call /usr/share/php-bartlett-PHP-CompatInfo/fedora-review-check)
Build is F21+ and EPEL-7
Tests / feedback / karma[1] welcome.
