Hello php sig,
Earlier, I mentioned that I want to tidy up PHP Packaging Guidelines in
certain ways. I finally go around to submit a pull request about that
[1]. Please take a look if interested and give feedback!
I plan to follow up with another PR to add some things about testing
that seem to be common enough to be included the guidelines. More about
that later.
