What is the current plan for getting the PHP packages in EPEL-8? Is there anything we can do to help? I already requested epel8 branch for https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/php-paragonie-constant-time-encoding/tree..., but PHPUnit and the autoloader package are (still) missing so that won't work :-)
