There's the getproducts() and getcomponents() and getcomponentsdetails() APIs,
they can be used to get a list of component info

I noticed that the queries are case sensitive, for example, I'll
have
different responses when querying:
component: web_ui
Or:
component: Web_UI
Is there a way to query for the existing components or products to get their
proper capitalization?
Thanks!

Ok, so I saw I was passing
partner-bugzilla.redhat.com
<
http://partner-bugzilla.redhat.com> as the URL instead of just the
bugzilla.redhat.com <

Thanks anyway!
I am maintaining the code here btw:

You need to provide us some more info. Describe exactly how it is failing,
show us the code, etc. Might be as simple as not being logged into
bugzilla:
do a 'bugzilla login' from the commandline first
