etc. etc.

At first glance you'd think it's a network issue, but note it *did*
successfully retrieve metadata for several other repos first. What I'd
guess is that it works so long as it hits up a mirror within infra, but
it seems to not be doing that and instead trying to connect to external
mirrors, which presumably it's not allowed to route out to. The
question I guess would be why it's getting an infra mirror for the
other repos but apparently not for the updates repo. Not sure why that
would be, off the top of my head.
