PSA: Python 2.6 and 3.4 retired on Fedora 33+

Hey Pythonistas, I've just retired Python 2.6 and Python 3.4 from rawhide (Fedora 33+). - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/RetirePython26 - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/RetirePython34 If you use any of the mentioned Python versions on Fedora rawhide for CI purposes, you might need to update the CI configuration.
