reading http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/mass-rebuild/f26-failures.html
we can see that all the R packages that depend on Fortran need to be rebuild
for F-26, due to the mass rebuild (gcc upgrade).
My question is what is the best way to proceed: should this be done in a
centralized way or done individually by each packager?
