#3695: perl as multi-arch in x86_64

perl is since F-10 shipped for x86_64 twice as perl.i686 and perl.x86_64.
We didn't ship it as multiarch before. I suppose this is a bug because I'm
not aware about any reason for this change. Could you fix it(remove i686
from x86_64 channel) for F-13 and later?

ruby-activesupport is an old / outdated version of the activesupport ruby
gem from before the Fedora / Ruby guidelines were written. It has long
since been replaced by rubygem-activesupport.

Please block this in the F13, F14, rawhide collections which I retired it

Hi!
I got this message from updates(a)fedoraproject.org via the bugzilla:
{{{
--- Comment #44 from Fedora Update System <updates(a)fedoraproject.org>
2010-08-02 21:02:00 EDT ---
root-5.26.00c-4.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 stable repository.
If
problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
}}}
However, I got this message from bodhi:
{{{
Package: root
NVR: root-5.26.00c-3.fc12
User: bodhi
Status: complete
Tag Operation: moved
From Tag: dist-f12-updates-candidate
Into Tag: dist-f12-updates
root-5.26.00c-3.fc12 successfully moved from dist-f12-updates-candidate
into dist-f12-updates by bodhi
}}}
The package version mentioned in the buzilla ticket is the correct one,
i.e. the one listed in the update announcement:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/root-5.26.00c-4.fc12
However this version was not the one that actually got pushed.
The same thing happened to the F13 update as well:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/root-5.26.00c-4.fc13

#3990: Withdraw lxinput-0.3.0-1.fc12 from F12 updates-released

If please withdraw
[https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/lxinput-0.3.0-1.fc12
lxinput-0.3.0-1.fc12] from F12 updates stable ASAP. It introduces an
unresolved dependency on lxsession >= 0:0.4.0 which can only be solved by
a chain of 3 other updates that would interfere with the stable updates
vision as it would reset the user's look and feel settings and the list of
autostart programs.
Sorry for the noise, it's clearly my fault but I expected bodhi to prevent
my from doing something bad here.
